Eligibility:
- We do not accept return & refund for "change of mind".
- We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, as long as the requested item is available. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will accept returns or refunds for items with manufacturing defect(s). If you receive a defective item, please contact us and we will gladly replace a new one for you.
- We will provide refund(s) if the product you ordered, is out of stock.
- Items must be returned within 30 days starting from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in unworn condition, with no signs of damage or wear, and in their original condition with tags/packaging attached.
- Our team holds complete discretion to determine eligibility for return or exchange. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether to approve or deny any return or exchange.
- Only one (1) return/exchange is allowed per order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Unfortunately, socks are non-returnable due to hygiene reason, unless its due to manufacturer's defects.
- Worn products with any signs of damage or wear are non-returnable.
Exceptions:
- Returns due to "change of mind" will not be accepted.
- Only one (1) return/exchange is allowed per order.
- Shipping fee will not be refunded.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. No COD (Cash on Delivery) is allowed. You may choose any courier service to return the item.
- Please note that a 3% processing fee will be applied to the total refund amount. This fee is required to cover payment gateway charges and transaction fees incurred during the purchase.
How to Return:

- Return Address:
Please contact us and we will provide you with an address to return the items. - Return Process:
You can use any courier service of your choice to return the items.
Once we receive your return parcel, we will send out the replacement(s), free of charge. - Exchanges (Size/Colour):
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you only need to return the specific item you wish to exchange.
Please ensure that the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. - Return Fees:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not allowed. If a return is sent as COD, the customer will be responsible for any COD fees. - Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition, with no signs of wear or alteration. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are included. - Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. - Important Notes:
Please double-check the return conditions before sending your item back. Returns that do not meet the criteria above may be rejected.

- Kindly allow 2-3 working days for us to process your return/exchange. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we will do our best to expedite the process.
- Refund process will take 2-3 working days.
- Shipping fee will not be refunded.

Refund
We understand that mistakes happen, and we strive to provide a clear and straightforward process for your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
- Promo Code Usage
If you forgot to apply a promo code at the time of checkout, we regret that we cannot retroactively apply it to an existing order. Please ensure you enter any promo codes before completing your purchase. Refunds or adjustments for missed promo codes will not be issued. - Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, cancellations are not permitted. We encourage you to double-check your order before finalizing your purchase. - Order Amendments
If you wish to make any changes or amendments to your order (e.g., change of address, item quantity), please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments can only be made if the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped out. Once an order has been processed and shipped, no amendments will be entertained. - Refund Requests
In the event that a refund is approved (subject to our discretion), a 3% processing fee will be applied to the total refund amount. This fee is required to cover payment gateway charges and transaction fees incurred during the purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. - Conditions for Refund Approval
Refunds are not automatically granted and will only be issued in exceptional cases, such as product defects or errors on our part. Any refund requests are subject to review and approval. Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund process.
